Revit to cad dwg

Hi

So i need to get a view from revit into cad so i can send to someone. However, when i sent it people have said it is missing some information? Maybe an xref, can someone please help me convert the file correctly so no information is missing

If you want everything in your export to be in one drawing file, in the Export CAD Formats - Save to Target Folder dialog (where you specify the file name and location for the exported file(s)), uncheck the Export views on sheets and links as external references toggle prior to clicking on the OK button.
