REVIT SYNCHRONIZE ERROR

Hello,

I have  the following problem with Revit:

When we are several people working in a model, with no reason, after having been working with that model for months, we can not synchronize any more. Just one person in the team can do it, but the the others can't. That is to say, only the first person that start working in a local model can synchronize. Then we get the following message: 

We have tried the following, with no results:

-Creating new central from a local model and then create new local models.

-Audit model

We have solved some similar issues working everyone on the same version and having the same add-ins (Ex. RVT 2017.2, RVT 2018.2)
