Hello all,
We are having some pretty big sync time variations with particular large models. The one in question is around 1GB and while I understand that a file this big will take time to sync I'd like to be able to find sync times without actually standing over a users shoulder with a stopwatch.
Is there a way to determine from the Journals when a Sync has started and when it has stopped? I feel there is, I just don't know exactly what to look for.

Work sharing monitor tool from autodesk.
But this is a very large file, you do not want to reach a file size like this one, in the future, you have to use one or multiple linked files for your project to minimize the file size, try to keep it not more than 150 MB for a better performance.

Hi Omar,
I don't think this method supports Revit Server, is there any other way to calculate the sync time from Journals or another monitoring method?
Apparently Project Bluestreak has ended and a lot of the functionality was transferred to the a360 C4R service which we are not using because we have a local revit server (and we do not wish to use a360 services for this) and also I don't think there is any functionality within C4R that actually records sync times.
I refer back to the Journals, is there any way to determine sync times within the Journals? There does not seem to be any sort of app or service that will monitor this when the model is hosted on a Revit Server.
@Anonymous
Since you mentioned long sync time, the over all health of your model matters, I recommend that you to keep the revit model speedy through best practices. (In addition to Audit, purge periodically atleast twice a week)
