Revit Sync fail

Hello everyone,
I keep running into the same issue recently—every time I try to sync the model, it gets stuck at "Reload latest" and doesn’t progress. No matter how long I wait, it just stays like that. In the end, I have to force-close Revit to get it working again. Additionally, if I reopen Revit and choose to restore the auto-saved file, I still can’t sync the model. Eventually, I have to discard all the changes I made and reopen an earlier version of the model synced to ACC to continue working.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Does anyone know how to avoid this problem in the future?
