REVIT SURFACE PATTERN

Hi may I ask on how to remove the highlighted lines in the picture below. This is a surface pattern.

Are you sure the lines are coming from the Graphics Tab Fill Pattern and not the Appearance Tab settings?  Doesn't look like you have a Fill Pattern assigned.  

 

 

edit: actually, I don't know what's going on. Post the file.

You need a pattern specification that does not contain or inject those vertical lines, such as this one built assuming a block size of 75x600mm:

Good eye @hugha. I see now. But why isn't Pattern displayed in Preview? Scale maybe?

Rendering won't show hatch, you have to add those hatch image to the material. I just took a screenshot of your hatch pattern

Afterward create your material and click on image and select the image above

material browser.png

 

When you click on realistic and you will see the material show. Now you are able to render.
