Only today I have been trying to print, to Adobe PDF, some Revit (2022) sheets from a PC using Windows 11 and a Laptop using Windows 10. On both machines every time I have tried to print, I have finished the print setup and pressed "Print", with both Windows 10 & 11, nothing happened and when I tried to reset and press print again I got the following dialogue:
When I followed the install a printer button the following dialogue opened after it had looked for printers and I clicked the "printer isn't listed" connection;
Subsequently I followed a windows instruction on how to start the print spooler service but every time I tried to print a sheet the same thing happened again.
This is disaterous as I now cannot send my drawing sheets over the net. Help!

- That button Click to install a printer is not what you should be using, it is to install physical printer drivers to Windows.
- Reinstall Adobe Acrobat PDF or other PDF printers.
- Or, use Export to PDF in Revit 2022.
Thank you ToanDN, in all my many years of using Revit it has never occured to me that I can export to PDF! Brilliant, thank you. I could do with you telling me how I Reinstall Adobe PDF printers, please?

You had only missed a few month in those many years because Export to PDF is only made available in Revit 2022.
You need to download Adobe Acrobat and install it. It is not free but if you had it before then you may already have a license.
