revit stop working on revit 2012

I am using windows 7.

Revit has been working fine up until yesterday when this message comes up.

I HAVE TRIED REINSTALLING A FEW TIMES NOW , INCLUDING UNINSTALLING MCAFFEE ANTIVIRUS.
