REVIT STEEL CONNECTION PROBLEM

Hello, I have a problem with the add-on STEEL CONNECTION for my revit 2018.

The problem is that when i click on steel connection I have only the "generic connection". If i click on Edit Type I can't :

  • duplicate
  • load a new family
  • change family
  • change type

I have the Student license and I'm using it for modelling the project of my graduate.

I've tried to load manually a steel connection family and check if it is available when i click on steel connection command. Nothing, only generic connection. It's frustrating!

@Anonymous,

When you want to use the structural Connection Library you need to load the connection types.

See added screenshot how to do this, then you should be able to use more connection types.

Hope this helps you out.
