Revit stair has been nothing but a big confusing/disappointing feature of an otherwise good software. I tried to create a L-shape stair between two levels using sketch. Should be pretty straightforward, but never with this stair function. After i sketch the risers and boundary, it says the Stair Path must pass all risers. I drew a L-shape Stair Path but Revit doesn't like it. I had to draw a Stair Path with an arc to pass all the risers in one stroke, then it worked, but a curved stair path looks really weird. Then The stringer on the outside is broken. I know this is not related to the sketch, but it has happened to my other projects as well. So I'm uploading this stair to this forum and hope someone can diagnose it and maybe tell me what's the best way to sketch a stair so it works as expected. Thanks.
