Revit Spot Elevation @ Core of Floor

Hello,

A colleague of mine is annotating slab-edge plans and wants their spot elevation tags to tag the Core Boundary of the floor assembly (structure only ie: hide membranes, insulation, etc.). The tag only wants to point to the surface elevation or u/s of floor - nothing in-between.

Sort of like walls, is there a way of hiding 'Non-Core Layers' of floors to tag the slopes of the core layer?

*I should note - my usual approach is to separate the structure as its own floor and model the build-up separately over top, but this project is too far along to revise the floors this way...

What about creating Parts from Floor Assemblies? Then Temporarily Hide or Exclude those Layers you don't want to reference.
