I'm having an issue with the content I currently have on a sheet, within my project, not all showing up when I generate either a PDF or Print Preview of this sheet. I have attached photos to illustrate this issue. The photo with the full color floor plan is what I see on my sheet. However, the other photo is how the sheet looks when generated to a PDF or Print Preview. Please help! Any suggestions for how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated!
Hi,
actually I do not know the reason of the issue But I have some solutions that you can try and one of them most probably will solve it.
1- Let the print setup to be "Raster" and NOT "vector"
as attached JPG " Print setup.JPG"
OR
2- Let the crop region of the view to be only a rectangle. No other shapes ,No corner off.
as attached JPG "Cropped Boundaries-2"
OR
3- Deleting the titleblock completely and print from the sheet view will print normally.
OR
4- Printing from the view directly always printed normally

Hi! I had a problem with some conflict with png images and exporting PDF... Basically when I use the realistic style with images, I only had the images in my PDF file, and the PDF only showed the model if I'd delet the images!
But when I let the crop view as a simple rectangle, it has been ok! Images and model in my PDF...
Well, how would someone knows that?
Thank you anyway!!
Hi, slightly different problem, but related to the exports (PDF, DWG, DWF).
My sections disappear in the exported file, but are visible on the Revit file.
You mean the Section lines?, any chance the section views aren't placed on sheets.
If so then in the print settings the setting to hide unreferenced view tags is on (see screenshot).
Place the sections on sheets or disable the hide setting.
