Is anyone aware of any Revit assistance services that use real-time screen sharing to help solve problems?
Our company may be preparing to switch to Revit from AutoCAD and we don't have an in-house expert available. I can usually figure out what to do when I get stuck, but many times it takes reviewing a lot of YouTube, web & boards to understand what is going on. A more immediate expert that could remote in and help me out of a jam would be great to have.
Thank you in advance,
Blake

Zoom. I use it for students' Revit projects in my classes. One can share one's screen as well as let the other person control the cursor and the keyboard. Works great. Free, too.
