Revit schedule layout set up

Can someone tell me the filters and sorting grouping etc I'd need to use to set a schedule up exactly as it is below. With level aligned to the left, and room counts per level placed as shown. Or would it be best to just export to excel? Thanks

Level Studio 1 Bed 2 Bed 3 Bed Totals by Type
1b1p 1b2p 2b4p 3b5p
Level 00 1 3 2 0 6
Level 01 0 7 3 1 11
Level 02. 0 7 3 1 11
Level 03. 0 5 1 1 7
Level 04. 0 5 1 1 7
Level 05 1 1 1 1 4
Level 06. 1 1 1 1 4
Total 50

What is the Category that you are scheduling? I'm guessing Areas?

You'll want to Group and Sort by Level.

You'll want to make sure that you have Calculate Totals turned on the the "Count" parameter.

Your Schedule will be a "vertical" format, ie....

LEVEL 1:-

1Bed: 1

2 Bed: 2

3 Bed: 3

Total: 6

LEVEL 2:-

1 Bed: 2

etc, etc

Kind regards,
Ian

Thanks for the response. Apologies but the format in my first post didn't post correctly.

You have answered my question tho So thank you. My main issue was trying to get the schedule to display in a horizontal format.

No problem. You've probably concluded yourself that it's vertical only in Revit.

Kind regards,
Ian

You can do it with some extra labor.  See 2017 file attached.
