I know I'm asking a pretty simple question but I have already down to zero idea on this. I guess this is pretty simple but can someone explain to me why this is happening?
Also, the reason I'm not massing the roof base following the trapezium shape of the edge panel is because if I do exactly that, my curtain roof for my roof panel sheet will not be in same width.
there's a video attached to see the opening error and picture for my desired roof pattern.
sure, please download the link below. thanks!

I am not clear if you have problem cutting the roof using a vertical opening, or problem changing the pattern, or both? Also, are you showing the desired or undesired pattern in the picture?
I see this roof opening and it doesn't look like what you show in the video. Am I missing something?
because i wanted it to be in perpendicular roof pattern, if you can see all the roof pattern is exactly what i want it to be until at the edge corner for both roof and wall intersection, the roof pattern is not in same width.
Can you try doing what you want on a more simplified shape? I have a feeling it might be too complex (initially) for Revit to understand it. You might have more success as two separate roofs (joined later) to achieve your result.
If you want to cut a basic roof, try to make the boundary of the vertical cut opening larger.
