Revit Rendering Troubleshooting

Hi I'm having trouble with my final outcome render.

Once its done rendering it shows a 3x3 grid of the render so 9 renders in the place of one main render. The only settings I change is the "Render Quality" from Standard to Final. I am a student so I am new to rendering in Revit however even my teacher couldn't see what was going wrong. I've attached some images to help understand the situation better.

hello

have you tried to close the software and open it again and making the render again ? cause the problem of such black image is from the lighting properties or from the memory of your laptop , but I see that you are rendering in cloud so you should not have this problem , so try to restart it might clear your cache .
