Revit override hides assembly detail

I have new walls set to have a gray hatch, but this hides the assembly construction. Is there a way to show both the hatch and the wall assembly? ALso, when I take the override off, the walls turn black. Detail level is set to fine. The only time I can see the actual wall assembly is when the phase filter is set to "show complete".

Did you set the gray hatch for new walls under phase graphic overrides?

I did set the gray hatch for new walls in the phase graphic overrides. I would like to see both the gray hatch and the assembly construction lines.
