I recently purchased a laptop which has a 4k screen, it is perfect except the fact that when i open revit, some icons are just to small.
I have looked at various threads on adjusting the screen size but this doesn't solve anything it ruins the rest of the laptop and how it looks. Especially as my screen is already set to 250% out of a maximum 350%.

fixed the problem for a brief moment but then it switched back to being too small again.
Any suggestions?
i have my setup as follows...it works well for me:
DELL XPS 15 4K
Native resolution is set at 3840 x 2160
Windows scaling is set at 125%
NVidia GeForce GTX 960m
you can also try different graphics drivers depending on your setup. Start with the computer manufacturer graphics driver (original with purchase) first. If that does not work, then update the driver to the latest driver from the graphics card manufacturer. If that does not work, see if Autodesk has a specific driver for your card.
what card are you running?

I have the exact same setup and it seems to work for me as well. I have found when I dock and un-dock my computer from my desk where I am hooked up to a non 4k desktop monitor, I sometimes have to restart my PC or I get some odd scaling related behaviors.
i have seen this before. it has to do with the driver for the docking station. get the latest one from the manufacturer and see if it helps. also, double check your bios....there may be an update for that as well.

have you tried updating to 2017.1? That should fix your 4K problems as it supports it now.
Hi there,
I had the same problem.
I fixed it installing the .2 version of Revit 2017.
You can find it in the download page of your account.
Hi, having this same issue currently. When you say you downloaded the ".2" version, are you talking about "Service Pack 2"? I currently see no "Revit 2017.2" in the downloads section.
