For some, printing to scale must come as a natural talent... I thought I was in that group, but apparently, I'm just another loose nut behind the keyboard...
I have created a set of drawings.. each view has a scale associated with it, most are just 1/4" = 1'-0". I select a sheet size, and drag the drawing onto the sheet. When I go to print as a pdf, I can hit control P, or click the print button..makes not difference... my results have been the same. Open the pdf printer, and select the size paper to match my sheet size... and print.. Now, my expectation is that when I print that pdf to a plotter, it will be to scale... I was wrong. What am I missing? I dont have access to a plotter of my own so I take my file either to Fed ex, or a local architectural print shop.. my results at both venues have been the same.. not to scale. Again...what am I missing?

I just figured it out... my mistake for sure.. chaulk it up to just being new to producing drawings in Revit... I selected the wrong size sheet in the pdf properties tab.. I was using ARCH D instead of ANSI D... and I wasnt catching it...
thank you....
Look at that! A complaint that solved itself.
even though I put it on A1 and scale of 100% , still I get this printout, what can I do?
Its impossible to say just off of this screen shot. How big is your sheet in Revit? My thought is, if your sheet size really is set correctly, is that your sheet in Revit isn't the right size.
