Revit - Missing Wall

Hello everyone!

i have a problem in revit architecture with a dissapering wall. As u can see in the pictures, the wall is going through mulitpel levels/storeys. But for some reason on the one floor plan/view, the wall is not there. I have checked that the wall is not hidden in anyway, the view range is where it should be (bottom of floor 0.0 - Cutplane 1500 - top of floor 2300) The visibility of walls is also correct. even if i make new leves or views its still not there. Its like it dosen't exsist. on this one floor, but then it kinda does cause i can see that my window is hosted to it (see pictures) and i can see the wall in 3D view. has anyone else had a problem like this?

P.S. i would rather not have to delete the wall cause its a host for many objects.

P.SS. sorry for the scuffed pictures 🙂

thank you in advance!

Try to change discipline? It can happen you are in structural discipline and if the wall is in not structural will not appear.

As you can see in this section the wall is there, the wall is not hidden and there is no plan region with at different view range. I have cheked if its hidden and it is not. i honestly have no clue why i cant see it.

The plan is an Architectural disciplin, and the wall is not marked as structural.

Check The View Phase and Phase Filters vs the Wall's Phase Created

Otherwise, go through the list below for various reasons an element could be missing.

Hello everyone

first of all thank you for trying to help me, it was kind of you to take the time.

I finally found out why the wall wasn't showing! 🙂

I got so frustratede on it, that i made a new wall. Here i discovered that because i had put multiple wall sweeps, in the same area. The wall was split, and for whatever reason some of the wall disappeared on that one view.

so solotion was to not split the wall.

again thank you 🙂

Hi All

Using Revit 2019 and have had the similar problem of a missing wall that appears on plans and elevations but not sections!! After going through the usual check list of hidden, visibility, phasing, eventually found out it was a cant cill sweep under the 3rd window in that particular wall panel. The same panel has 2 other windows with same cill and the wall shows up? so why that particular cill? so deleted and reinserted cant cill family under that one window, now no problems.
