Hello everyone! I hope you all are well.
I am working on an architectural project, it is bigger than my usual projects so I have used links for Revit projects for each building. The thing is that the levels in all the buildings are the same and when I link them (with Manage Links settings) I see all the levels of the 5 projects which are not practical, I hide the "Levels" in VG but then they all disappear, even the native ones in the native project.
I already tried hiding levels on each file but it's not working.
How can I hide the levels in the referenced linked files but keep the levels in the main file?
Thank you very much.

If your models are work sharing then keep Levels and Grids in each model under Shared Levels and Grids workset, then close the workset for each link.
If you don't have workset control of the linked models, then Rename your Level and Grid types to add an unique prefix, create a view filter for Level and Grid with Type Name does not Contain that prefix, add the filter to your view templates and turn it off.
Your Links "Annotation Categories" are set to "<BY HOST VIEW>". They need to be set to "<CUSTOM>". Then you can hide easily Link Levels. Select one, Right-click and press Hide in View: By Category. Bada bing!
