I also get this message in the windows status...
" The following drives were removed: BIM360"
Try signing out of the Desktop App, when Revit is closed. Reboot, sign back into the Desktop App then open Revit.
Also, do you have a different login from Revit and the forums? I've had Revit switch my signed in account when I open the forums and then open manage.autodesk.com with a different account. That's why sometimes I reply as MP_WAG...because I don't notice the change.
Nothing worked. Hard-reset the computer. installed whatever updates were in Autdesk Desktop App, re-opened revit and it offered to restore the session no normally closed and therefore got back the unsaved work. Not a pretty scene, but all ended well.
If you have two models open in different Revit sessions of different years then Autodesk will want to log you off automatically. The fix for us has been to close all other Revit sessions that are open and then it will allow that person to stay signed.
I have experienced the same issue in Revit 2020 and I am updating the software now.
Has this been resolved?
We have all of the updated versions of Revit and Desktop Connector, but still getting issues of having to sign into desktop connector/autodesk account when opening Revit 2020. This is very disrupted for our automated tasks
