I am trying to print a basic model of house designed in Revit LT using a 3D printer. I know that Revit LT does not support the plugin which allows export as an stl file where the full version would allow this. A colleague has kindly converted the Revit LT file to an AutoCAD 3D view but as I also only have AutoCAD LT I cannot view this file. Is there anyway I can convert either of these two files to an stl file so I can see how the design prints. The model would only be for my interest as the design was never constructed ![]()
Thanks Barth - That would be a solution but I was really looking for something more permanent in case I decide to develop models for current schemes. Your solution would however allow me to at least see how the models turn out.
Maybe try this trial:

If you like it, it's a lot cheaper than a full line Revit product.
