Your brick arch at fireplace is made with an in-place sweep that is not assigned a material at all.
1. Edit the in-place.
2. Edit the sweep.
3. Change it's Material parameter.
4. Finish the sweep.
5. Finish the in-place.
Now, that's going to assign a single material to the whole sweep, which means if you choose a brick material with a brick pattern, you're going to get the same horizontal pattern line across the whole thing.
I'm assuming you want a horizontal pattern on the sides and a radial soldier pattern across the top? You're going to have to make the arch three separate sweeps to even get close to that, with the top one assigned a different material pattern than the two side pieces. But even then you aren't going to get a RADIAL soldier pattern across the top easily.
So perhaps you want to model each brick individually. Or, more practically, model a single brick for each leg of the arch and array them as desired. I've actually made an adaptive radial-arch family that I can quickly place above doors or windows, or that would work for your fireplace, but didn't save it. And I don't think you can do adaptive stuff with Revit LT. Is that right? I can't remember.
Easiest and probably best choice, since you've just got the one fireplace to do, is to use model lines to delineate the brickwork by first choosing the face of your sweep as the active workplane and then drawing the lines onto it.
If your end game is construction documents, I wouldn't even do that. You'll have a plan view that doesn't need to show it, and you'll have an elevation view of the fireplace in which you can just flesh out with detail lines to illustrate the brickwork.
