Revit LT - Display settings control of Linked Model

In Revit LT is it possible to:
view tab -> Graphics panel (Visibility/Graphics).
On the Revit Links tab, for the linked model, do the following:
In the Visibility column, select the check box.
Click in the Display Settings column.

I can't see "Display Settings column". Is this a limitation of LT?

This kind of control is not available in LT. On/Off and Halftone is the control you get on the appearance of linked models.

Thanks Autodesk for excluding this feature from LT...

So what do I do now? Is there a work around?

Nachricht 5 von 7

I agree, what now? I guess the work around would be to manually replace all room tags in the parent model. Over and over again I am finding random limitations for Revit LT that make no sense.

Why even allow model linking at all if basic information like room tag visibility cannot be controlled from a linked model?

This is a stupid limitation.  Thanks Autodesk for making your products less relevant.

Honestly, ya'll need to do better at Autodesk.  As a long time Revit user, these type of limitations make absolutely no sense and make it MUCH harder for small firms to be productive...Instead of spending time on documentation we waste valuable time figuring out work-arounds.  Thanks Autodesk.
