Revit LT 2023/2024 - Failing to Launch

Hi All, 

I am having great difficulty with my Revit LT suddenly. It will not open any files - no matter how big or small.

Started yesterday - notice laptop needed updating so closed everything, when it restarted Revit wouldn't open. Went through some of the steps on the Autodesk 'Revit does not launch' page (the ones I understand how to do - I am terrible at computers) and nothing. Decided to uninstall then reinstall. Ended up with 2024. Still nothing. Uninstalled everything and tried again with 2023. Again. Nothing!

I sure cannot be the only one stuck on this! It is frustrating as I have client work on a deadline, and this is not helping at all. 

If there are any easy/quick fixes that would be great. 

All files are at a 2023 file type.

I had a similar issue with all Autodesk software I'm using. It turned out to be a Microsoft Update that was failing to install. I know you wrote that you're not confident with computers. If you visit your account page you can submit a support request via a chat and see if they can help you check things out. I did that and the two people I dealt with at Autodesk were a big help narrowing down the issue.
