Revit LT 2022 Fill Patterns

When i was using Revit architectural it was preloaded with useful fill patterns such as concrete, sand, earth and many more patterns. I'm now using Revit LT 2022 and i can only find a limited number of line patterns and cant find concrete etc. A quick internet search suggests creating your own fill pattern but surely there is an easier way.  Am i missing something? Can someone help please.  Thanks

You can fill patterns from an existing project.
