Hi all, I wonder if anyone could help.
In Revit 2017 when printing a PDF using CutePDF or PrimoPDF it seems to export it as a large file even if it's only 1 page.
I've attached screenshots of the settings we use in Revit, could anyone shed any light as to where I'm going wrong? 1 page seems to export at around 30mb in PDF format when it should be around 1mb when I use 600DPI.
I've tried reducing the DPI to even 144 and it still comes out at 11mb on paper size A3 on a 1 page drawing.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Anonymous
It seems from your first attached image that you are printing a set of pages and combining them into one file.
if there are many sheets in this set it can cause size issue..
i can't understand what the seconed image should tell me about file size..
Hi @Anonymous
Welcome to the Autodesk Community! I see that you are visiting as a new member ![]()
As the first step, please confirm the below for me:
To make sure that the issue you are seeing is not something already fixed in one of the product updates for Revit 2017, I would suggest checking the Desktop App to see if there are any Revit updates available. For information on using the Desktop App see the following article: About the Autodesk Desktop App
Note: If you are not able to download updates through the Desktop App, the following article has information on downloading updates through the Autodesk Accounts page:
Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements
Have you tried the prints with any other PDF printer? Can you post a screenshot of your drawingA3 setup?
I look forward to your reply update.

User Vector to reduce the file size, ( Raster imaging increase the file size drastically )
