Revit LT 2016 RPC Missing Identity Data after Installing ArchVision

Hello,

I wanted to acquire more RPC's for a rendering using Revit LT 2016.

I installed the ArchVision Software and followed the instructions regarding plug-ins and fixes for Revit LT 2016.

http://help.archvision.com/revit/revitlt.html

The "Network Address" in the "R"<Options< Rendering settings is correct in my installed Revit LT 2016 program.

(127.0.0.1  and  14931)

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2014/EN...

However,  the new RPC's are NOT available in any component,   the Type Properties> Identity Data- "Render Appearance Properties" and "Render Appearance" value settings are now blank for ALL RPC components,   and   RPC components no longer show up in the "Realistic" view option.

The original (default) RPC's still show up in rendered images.

(see screenshots of Type Properties)

Additionally, the tab for "Render Appearance" in the Identity Data now reads:

"RPC-16-0U6E-L4EG-ENH1-J3KF-SVEL-0TX4-C0"

as the name of every RPC.

Due to this, the Render Appearance of all RPC's can no longer be modified and properties such as casting shadows and reflections cannot be changed.

I have restarted the computer and uninstalled and deleted plug-ins.

I have not uninstalled ArchVision, but that will be my next option.

I have contacted ArchVision and they have not sent a solution.

I have searched through FAQ's in Autodesk, ArchVision and forums.

I do not want to uninstall Revit completely and then reinstall it, that is my last resort.

Is there a way to restore the path which Revit LT uses as the default setting to access the location of the original RPC's which came with the program?

If so, what is it and how can I restore this setting?

If anyone has had this happen to them or knows how to solve this, please help.

It is much faster to render a scene with RPC components and not need to use photoshop to populate the scene.

I simply needed additional cars (besides the yellow Beetle) and people in casual dress. I guess it wasn't so simple.

I would truly appreciate help with this. Thank you in advance and have a good day.

try the Revit options / Rendering tab

try copying your RPC content to a local folder and point to that in your options
