I can link in AutoCAD files perfectly fine i.e site plan, but when I try to link a building into the Revit Site Plan file, the building doesn't show up!
I have removed, re-tried. Not visible in any view, plan, section, 3D etc.
I can select the file as per the screen shot but nothing is showing!
Please help.
Already checked worksets and its on Workset 1 which is viewable in all views.
check your bulb icon it could be hidden in the view, or there is a view template assign > set to none? or check your phasing? or go VG > revit links and set to custom. thanks
It seems there may have been an issue with the original file and what was actually in it. I saved over it with my local copy to the server and re-created the Central Model of the Block/Building and it is now showing.
look at workset or may this file have shared coordinates
Go through this list of 33. Betcha one dollar one of them applies. ![]()
