Revit Line Thicknesses has changed everywhere (Families, Title Block) in Revit Template

The Revit template settings appear to have been affected by an unknown change, as I did not modify them myself. When I open the template, all title block line thicknesses appear very thick, and the same applies to families, tags, and their leaders. Since I did not make any changes, I suspect it may be a more global setting that was altered.

Can anyone advise how to restore the lines to their original thin settings? Additionally, when I print to PDF, the lines remain thick regardless of whether the Thick Lines feature is turned off.
