Hey, I am using Revit 2015 and I am just wondering if there is a way for me to have my level heights displayed in Elevation View with decimal feet while the rest of my project is in feet and Fractional inches?! Thanks!

Hi Kate,

Yes, there is. Please check this link. It's a similar question in this very forum.

Manage Tab>Project Units will globally set this for the entire project.

However, you could try this: Manage>Project Units>Length = Decimal Feet and Inches.

Your Levels will now show Decimal format.

For Dimensions, you can highlight a dimension, then under Properties, Duplicate, and name it "Linear-Feet-Inches" or similar.

Then, uncheck "Use Project Units", and change settings to Feet/Inches.

Now your Levels should read Decimals, and your Dimensions will read Feet and Inches.

However--this is NOT a recommended practice, and will introduce a lot of other "annotation discrepancies"--such as Spot Elevations, Area calculations, etc.

You should try to set the Project Units to a constant format and use it for the whole project.
