I have been using Revit since 2007 and I am amazed that with all of the updates and advancements that have been made with the software we still don't have the keynotes integrated in the base software. It blows my mind that in 2023 we still need to rely on third party software (whether it be excel, wordpad, or software specifically designed to integrate with Revit) to modify our keynote list. Autodesk, I know that you can do better. Please help us out!

I use Google sheets to edit the keynotes. That way multiple team members can edit the same file.
Revit isn't good with writing text, so I think this is better for writing the notes.
The only added work really is download as a txt file and then re-importing in Revit. Admittedly, this is a bit tiresome.
But the advantage over any in-Revit solution is, I can easily copy notes between all my Google sheets. If it was in Revit, Getting a single note into another project likely is painful. Look at the transfer standards tool where you only can transfer ALL of the selected types, and not just a single selected (like one single view template I want to steal). So before we call for an in-Revit solution, let's make sure we can easily transfer single lines of notes between projects. Maybe this is why Revit relies on the external software?
Thanks for the link! That is the string I was looking for, but couldn't find it.
Isn’t Revit already have key note integrated ? I link the note pad that I write the key note to Revit key note.
