Revit isn't exporting hatches to Cad properly.

We are attempting to export Revit drawings to Cad but we have run into some issues with some of the hatching showing up. I highlighted the Cad hatches with green but as you can see there is a large area that should have that same concrete hatch but doesn't. Here is the Revit screenshot.revit.PNG And this is the screenshot from what has exported to cad.cad.PNG

Also here is my Revit export settings.revit exp.PNG

Is it too dense there?  Try adjusting HPMAXLINES variable in AutoCAD.

oops. I see. You mean they are mapped incorrectly.  Thinking...

I don't think that it is a mapping issue either because one of the three concrete walls shows up just fine, I just think that when it exports that it isn't properly identifying what needs to be hatched.revit exp2.PNG

Update: I turned off the generic models to see if where they are intersecting is causing the hatch boundary to stop there but that was not the issue either.

I know this is an old thread but it still seems to be an issue. I am having the same issue with ceiling and wall patterns and can't find a fix at the moment still. At this time it doesn't look like AutoDesk has a fix either. Here is the like to their issue page for this.

Hey,

So, I experience such issues on a regular basis. I use the BIMDeX plugins to resolve these issues. You can try those plugins as well

We try not to use 3rd part software we aren't familiar with. I did find a solution to some of the problem; I set the wall and ceiling hatches I need from the automatically generated ones to specific ones in the acad.pat file. For ones that are not found there, such as fire rated walls, I did have to make custom hatches (attached) for them and added them to the .pat file so I could select them in the Revit export.

Only issues I have had:

1-If a wall is viewed not running North/South (up/down), the custom hatch is not rotated and will need to be for each of said walls.

2-Even though the hatches say they export at 1:1 scale, I have to re-enter 1 in the scale field for them to show properly.
