I give a Revit course to 120 students. 6 of them can not work with Revit. If they open the program, there is most of the time a black screen who’s pop-uping. Sometimes they manage to open Revit. The license is ok.
The already passed our IT-helpdesk and the helpdesk we pay from Academic-Software. They did all the processes of reinstalling Revit, even reinstalling Windows. There are still 3 students were nothing is helping.
Please can you help us? Is there a bug in Revit? The students are already weeks behind the courseproces. Reinstalling things and lost a lot of time.
Last year there was another student who didn’t managed.

No, there is not a bug that causes a black screen to pop up most of the time.
