2 in 1's generally have integrated graphics card which may not work well with Revit. It is better to go for a mobile workstation.
But Microsoft's Surface Book can be recommended as it is the best in that category. Choose the one with GeForce GTX 965M graphics card.
Average G3D Mark for GTX965M is 2981. It's a decent score.

Recommended Graphics Solutions for Autodesk Revit
Quadro series from Nvidia would be great. It depends on the scale of works you're dealing with. Don't go for high-end graphics card if you are on a tight budget.

Graphics: DirectX 11 capable graphics card with Shader Model 3 or 5
Processor: Most of the Autodesk products will use multiple cores for many tasks. So having multiple cores would be an advantage.
Graphics card can also be selected by looking at the benchmarks, Average G3D Mark of a Quadro P600 is 13473. This is one of the best professional graphics card.

As per the minimum requirements, it is recommended to use a 64bit interface graphics card. You can opt for a mid-range 128bit graphics card like Quadro M200 if your scale of work is limited to a mobile workstation which is having a decent G3D score of 1816. Even such laptops are a bit pricey.
