Revit Furniture Families - Constraints & Formulas for different dimensions/types

I have downloaded a family from Herman Miller Nemschoff Monarch Multiple Seating - Pro Resources - Waiting Area Seating - Herman Miller.

It is a multiple seating/2 & 3 gang option. I'm wanting to place the 3-gang option. When I place the family in the model, it only shows up as a single seat. There aren't any other created types, but there are clear constraints/parameters with type formulas. It seems these are in place for other width/length options/gang seating. I'm unsure how to access these other options. When it's loaded in the model, these options are still greyed out. Does anyone have any guidance and/or ideas on how to access the 3-gang seating?

Isn't there a Type Catalogue included with the Family?

Edit: yes there is, but it only contains a single type. Looks like Herman Miller doesn't understand how Type Catalogues work....

Modify the Type Catalogue for both types:

How do you modify the types?

Edit type, duplicate and tick 4 for 3-seat without armrests or 5 for 3-seat with armrests.
