This problem started randomly today and not going away. I work on a 360 cloud model, in Revit 2020. All the hotfixes are installed and my Desktop Connector is the latest version. Right after syncing (the whole process gets done successfully), the whole Revit freezes and I can't even move, minimize Revit. The screen doesn't even get cloudy like when most software freeze.

Hi @Anonymous,
Please try to clear the local cache data for this model refer to Crashing or freezing when opening a BIM360 model with Revit.
If still not work, please provide the Revit journal file to me: Revit: Location of journal files.

I am having exactly the same problem, same version and for only 2 users, other 2 users are fine.
Thanks for your reply. I tried it, but unfortunately it did not work.
Here is the Journal file attached.
The model that causes problem is this:
CLD:\\{f54a78fa-7a99-4ddd-8ecf-108be0c38ef1}
{3762de81-6bce-42f9-b5eb-3edca1382cfe}
I'm having the exact same issue and just starting today! Ahh what's going on. On the bright side at least it actually finishes the save before it freezes up. Then it won't minimize, or move or anything. It's just locked there. I have to End Task Quit the application.
Same issue here!
Do you guys have Enscape installed? I just removed that and it seems to have gone.......for the moment anyway
Interesting. Yes @olivertNFSPN I do have Enscape installed. Maybe I should uninstalled that too.
Thanks @olivertNFSPN . It was super helpful. I still didn't try uninstalling Enscape, as I'm working on another project for now (It's weird that this bug only happens to one of my projects), But based on that link that you sent me, I'm sure that'll resolve the issue.
Cheers
