Hi everyone,
I am having an issue with my Revit 2022.
We are currently working on a BIM360 work-sharing cloud.
Every time the other user synchronizes, my Revit will suddenly freeze, and the whole PC as well. Then I couldn't even open my Task Manager.
Can you help me with this? does it have something to do with the difference between the plug-in version from DiRoots?

check your machine if the same revit build with the other's users like this or
Hi thanks for your response.
We have checked and everyone are using the same Revit version.
But we noticed the discrepancy in our plug-in version so we update it and the issue has been resolved.
