Any version.
Also, no programs make drawings for you. You use them to produce drawings. If you need a lot of details for shop drawings then you just have to create a lot of details for shop drawings.
Totally agree with ToanDN.
In addition, Revit has a bunch of functionalities that can improve your work.
1- Over a 2D view in Revit yo can add details, like lines, detail components, imported DWG drawings... Combined with call-out views, you can detail everything. You could have your own library for detailing.
2- In a revit family, yo can add 2D detailing too (symbolic lines, imported 2D Dwg...) and set parameters to control the visualization.
3- A powerful tool are "assemblies". You can select several objects in Revit and create an assembly, then you can obtain independent views of this assembly and lay out in whatever sheet.
4- Also, revit has two kinds of 2D view, that can help: legends and drafting views. Specially drafting views, allows you to make intense 2D detailing.
But if you want to do a 3D detailing, be careful modelling and adding complex profiles and extruding it. A very complex profile extruded, repeated again and again in multiple instances of a family, like a curtain wall mullion or so, can increase a lot the number of vertex of your model, making the operation harder and slower. Not always more is better.
