I would like to know what the ext for a REVIT file are
and it I can make them from Autocad
No, you can't create .rvt from AutoCAD but you can link or insert .dwg files into Revit. If you link them, you can update and reload them in the future. None of the geometry/information can be manipulated inside Revit so you would have to make changes in AutoCAD and then reload your link in Revit. If you insert .dwg files into Revit, they become dissociated "blocks" inside your Revit file so you can't update them in the future.
As for .iges files, I would use AutoCAD as an intermediary: import them into AutoCAD and then save as .dwg or .sat.
Feel free to give thumbs up if I answered your question.
