Hey
Does this happen on multiple machines yes? Is it only the one file this is happening with? What happens if you start a new file and model some walls etc, close and reopen it?
Does the same issue happen when you open up the back up file from before the issue started appearing? (Or if its a workshared file have you tried rolling back to a previous Sync?)
Could be a graphics issue. Try going into your Revit options and checking the "Graphics" tab to make sure your graphics card and driver are not throwing up any warnings. There is an options for "Hardware acceleration" here, if it is on, try turning it off and restarting Revit and open your files to see if this fixes it. If it is already off, try turning it on and do the same.
On your computer, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and ensure you have the most up to date Revit Updates and hotfixes (there are a lot for Revit 2015)
Has any other software or updates been installed around the time this started happening? Sometimes it can be automatic windows updates (usually security updates) that can cause issues like this.
Just to be sure, some basic file checks wouldn't go a miss. Is the file size excessive? If its a workshared file, make sure all worksets are Open in the "Worksets" window. Ensure phases and phase filters are correct for the views, no random view template has been added or moddified on the views.
Has someone inadvertently moved the Project base point or changed coordinates?
Unfortunately it could be one of many reasons. Ive never came across this before but experience points me to some of the common causes noted above.
Are you able to share the revit file?
