Sooo, is this even possible if you tried? because I have somehow managed it by accident and I didn't think it was possible. When I open a Revit file, two 3D views and a floor plan are opening automatically in 2019. Started a few days ago and today it was still doing the same thing, always the same views. Anyone else heard of this? Ironically while I have always wanted to be able to do this, I don't know how to fix it! go figure.

You can try with Revit 2019 latest service pack to sort out the issue.
Nope, not a service pack issue. Just typical behaviour! Who knew!?
Thanks to Aaron over at the Revitforum.org, tried his thoughts and sure enough it worked.
Apparently you have always been able to have Revit open multiple views, if there is no starting view and if when you last save, the view windows aren't docked. I was able to "fix" my issue by setting a starting view, but I checked if I could replicate the multiple views opening and sure enough I could.
My accident happened because I am in 2019 and I saved when I had views undocked on another monitor. Some accidents are great aren't they!!?
