Revit family will not show up on floorplan

I am unable to place cable tray in my project. However, it will show up in a 3D view and a section view just not in the floor plan (pictures below).

FLOORPLAN

These results are when I am trying to place a ladder cable tray. Now if I try and place a different element under the cable tray family it will show up. I have tried analyzing the differences between the two families to no avail and have been stuck on this problem for quite some time.

For more context I can access both the ladder cable tray and the busduct through the systems tab and the cable tray button in the electrical panel but, only the busduct will show up in the floorplan.

Editing these families is not an option when I click on them I am not sure if that is part of the answer.

Thanks

Set the floor plan view to Medium or Fine.  Or set the Cable Trays category to Medium or Fine.

What are the view range and the elevation of the cable tray?

View was already set to fine and I don't believe it is a view range issue. I am able to change to a seperate element in the same family (not sure if the terminology is correct there but they are in the same category in the drop-down menu) and it shows up.

I changed what type of cable tray element I was using. I have one type that will show correctly and 3 types that do not.

What are the differences between the one that works and the ones that don't?  Maybe one is taller so it is captured by the view range and the others aren't.

That's what I have been going through all day and I can't find anything that is different. I did just look, and the same issue occurs in a generic project. If you open a brand new one and try to place ladder cable tray it will not show up in a floorplan.

Yes I created a brand new project using System Template, opened a Power floor plan (Electrical Discipline), drew a cable tray and it showed right off the bat.
