Revit Family Text

I have a Revit Specialty Equipment family in which I want to write what kind of equipment it is. I have added text to it with Generic Annotation. The problem is when I want to use the view range, when I activate it, I see all the texts that are on the families in the lower levels and I have to hide them one by one. Is there another way? Can I write text in the families?

I want to see the site in the plan, but when I define the view range, I have to manually hide the families that have generic annotations.

Thank you for your solution.
Isn't there another way to apply these changes directly in the template? If we create a view template, we’ll have to define the filter separately for each level.

Yes, that's right. You should have a filter for each floor that wants to look down.
