Revit family selection scope is too big

Hi!

I have this fairly simple Revit family that I use to model acoustic ceiling suspension wires. However, there seems to be a «ghost element» that makes the selection box way bigger than it should be in plan view (see yellowish screenshot below, green arrow shows the tiny wire in plan with the red arrow showing the associated scope box). I tried reducing the lenght of reference lines / planes and setting them to «not a reference». There is nothing else modeled in the family that could explain this bug. I thought it might have to do with the origin of the family, but I don't know how to check where it is if there is one. How could I fix this? It's not practical, as I constantly select wires by error while working on others rows...

Thank you very much!

Honestly, it’s a simple problem. I still haven’t figured out why it happens, but it’s definitely fixable:
