You want to search manufacturer content by search online. Bimobject is a good place to start. https://www.bimobject.com/en-us/product

You are talking about two different things here; Walls and Materials. Materials are not Families and Walls are not loadable Families.  Walls are System Families.  So, what exactly are you talking about?

Then create one. Are you familiar with how to create a compound-layered wall in Revit?

Here's a ton more info on the subject. Drill down into the links.

You can take an existing wall from the template. This one is from 2019 Architectural Template and it contain Generic Brick 90mm

use default.png

Then Duplicate the wall type and name it 250mm

create new type.png

Go to edit the wall thickness

edit.png

Here you modify the wall thickness to 250mm. Press OK to save.

You can make any wall assembly. If you want sample wall, you can check out USG - https://www.usg.com/content/usgcom/en.html
