My revit families are different on the ground floor plan and the first floor plan.
- same detail level setting
- same visual style setting
- same view specific element graphics
Does anyone know how to make them as one color?
Thanks
Matt
My guess is View Range.

Hi @mliangsarm,
As @barthbradley indicates, the reason is the viewrange.
But for the viewrange to have different effects on families, the families have to be differently built.
Either different catagories or more likely the geometry in the family has different visibilty setup or even detail level.
Share a family for each of the different appearances op the first floor.
(I bet the light appearance are 2d elements, and the darker appearance is the actual 3D mass)
