When I choose the Internal Origin option in the export settings, the point loses its geographic coordinates.
And when I choose the Shared Coordinates option in the export settings, the project rotates to Truth North.
How to export from Revit an NWC or DWG file with Shared Coordinates settings while maintaining Project North orientation?
I don't think you can... they are 2 different things. Usually in my experience, especially when dealing with NWC's, Shared Coordinates is preferred.

The idea was to send a usable file in Plant 3D at coordinates. And the options we have would be either an NWC or a 3D DWG. However, there is no True North and Project North option in Plant 3D. In order to have a better interoperability between projects, both need to have the origin point in the same coordinate. But there is no way to work in Plant 3D if the project is rotated due to True North

Hmmmm. unfortunately, I'm not that familiar with Plant3d.
I did find this though:

My question has to do with how to export in Revit to NWC or 3D DWG to be used in Plant 3D with the origin point in the correct coordinate and Project North

Place 2 grid lines at project base point oriented to project north.
