Revit export image to high quality for Indesign

Hello, 

I am trying to export a floorplan to a high-res jpeg or png. whichever is the best setting to use.

Ive googled this thoroughly and tried everything however when I import the image into InDesign it's never fully high res. always a little pixelated. 

I'm using 1:100 for the floorplan and trying to import onto an A4 size. 

Can anyone help me on this?

Export or print to vector PDF then use it in Indesign.
