Revit explenation video frozen

Then I hold the mouse on function in Revit it shows an explenation video about that tool.  Very often this video gets frozen and stuck on my screen.

How to fix it?

Hello,

It happened with me in a large project file and the reason was the the CPU Usage and Physical Memory so you can stop this video by changing the

Tooltip Assistance option to minimal to only show words not video from the application menu choose options and click user interface and you'll find the

previous option and not taking two much session time and increasing your RAM memory.
